Game Changers is a youth baseball club based in Douglasville, Georgia, running travel teams from 7U through 18U alongside year-round training that is open to players outside the club.

Development is the product
Plenty of clubs will sell a jersey and a tournament schedule. The harder thing — and the reason this club exists — is turning an eight-year-old who likes baseball into a fourteen-year-old who understands it, and a seventeen-year-old who can be coached at the next level.
That means coaches who teach during games rather than only shouting through them, training that continues once the tournament season ends, and honest conversations with families about where a player actually is.
On the field
Mechanics, situational awareness and a competitive edge, built through structured reps rather than unsupervised scrimmage time. Players are coached through the game while it is happening.
Off the field
Accountability, preparation and how you carry yourself when the game turns against you. Most of what a player takes into adult life comes from these innings, not the box score.
In the classroom
Academics come first, and eligibility is not negotiable. The doors that open at 17 open for players who did the work at 13.
